Move On
By Ian Stevens

Life...
Such that lies within it can be quite unfair,
so many things able to go wrong.
Your faith can be dulled by this, leaving you in despair
the pain seems to burn for so long.

Though no matter how badly your impaired,
happiness can be found always, much like a song;
all the tears and seams can be repaired,
the only thing you can and need to do is move on.

Death...
When someone you love reaches the final step in life,
and so much pain fills you all you do is cry,
remember to love them, though you too must strive,
even if it hurts immensely, never give up and die.

Live and love throughout your lifetime;
never let anyone pull you down nor prevent hope to dawn,
because respect, hope, and kindness need to be in the life's rhyme,
so no matter what always find strength to move on.

Mistakes...
They take away our confidence, haunting us everywhere we go,
draining our courage, embarrassing and devastating they are;
burning in pain, yet we're left cold as the snow,
and joy in our hearts seems ever so far...

but don't let sadness get to you,
even if no confidence is drawn,
remember there will always be hope new,
and that new hope will help you move on.

Answers...
Sometimes you don't hear what you want,
even when you ask a question or make a mistake.
Sometimes the truth hurts, just as much as sin taunts;
and after, you don't know which path to retake,

for a situation can occur where both truth and mistake,
are both to end badly for you'll be upon,
a painful decision, a lose-lose scenario, but remember to make
the one most moral and always move on.

So regardless of what god has in store for you,
and no matter how many things go wrong;
let your soul be cleansed and renewed,
be happy and always remember to move on.
